I was invited to team up with an old studio colleague of mine, Mechelle at Triple T Designs,  to work on a brand identity for her Client, Helen Munro Property based in Townsville. We were asked to create and implement a fresh new logo for a brand reboot. The principal owners, a family business that carried an exceptional reputation 40 years ago, looking to re-enter the competitive real estate market in 2018. The client requested a sleek, modern design that was fresh and energetic, to reflect the sunny, relaxed atmosphere and tropical locality.

I started work on the creative concepts and brand building whilst Mechelle began organising quotes, printing, photo shoots, press bookings and other suppliers for our long list of items on our production schedule; stationery (business cards, letterheads, with comps, envelopes, presentation folders), badges, social media release templates, in-house templates, sticky notes, brochure template, press advertisements, signage office exterior and interior and portable photo boards, A-frames, teardrop flags, fleet of cars (two different models), bus signage.

The complete brand roll-out was launched within 3 months and gave Tracey and Helen the dynamic and fresh new image they were wanting for Helen Munro Property, Townsville.

The website which was beautifully and skillfully designed and developed by Jennifer Jeavons and her team at PixelPalace.
